We will overhaul how government works: cutting back-office and unnecessary running costs; abolishing unnecessary arm’s length-bodies; that’s is bribery and corruption. We will have to create a new Council for Financial Stability that will monitor and help address asset bubbles and financial imbalances within the economy. We will also create a new Small Business Credit Adjudicator with statutory powers ensuring that small and medium size enterprises are not turned down unfairly through the tax and banking system when applying to banks for finance.
We will help to create a new generation of entrepreneurs, ensuring that those studying for vocational skills are offered the opportunity to learn how to start and run a business, while the Flying Start program will do the same for final-year university students.
